You must be 18 or older. You must not use SoloPair if you have previously been removed from it, or if the law where you live prevents you from using a service like this.

You are responsible for what you put in your profile and for everything done through it. Choose a nickname that is not offensive and that does not impersonate someone else. Do not share your account with anyone.

If you sign in with Google, you are also bound by Google’s own terms for that sign-in.

SoloPair pairs you with a real person. You agree not to:

harass, threaten, bully, or abuse the person you are matched with;

send sexual content, or any content involving a minor;

share content that is hateful, violent, or illegal;

solicit money, advertise, spam, or run scams;

impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age;

attempt to identify, track, or contact a match outside SoloPair without their agreement;

record, screenshot, or republish a conversation without consent;

interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or access it by automated means.

Conversations are between you and your match. When you are signed in, we retain an encrypted copy of the messages you send so that we can investigate reports of abuse. We can decrypt and review those messages, and we do so for safety purposes or where the law requires it. See the Privacy Notice for detail.

We may remove content, suspend matching, or close an account that breaks these terms — in serious cases without notice.

Verification is optional. If you apply, you must submit your own genuine identity document and a live selfie of yourself. Submitting someone else’s document, or an altered one, is a serious breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

A verified badge reflects the check we carried out at the time. It is not a guarantee about a person’s conduct or intentions, and you should not rely on it as one.

The people you meet on SoloPair are strangers. We do not conduct background checks. Do not share financial information, identity documents, passwords, or your address. If you choose to meet someone in person, you do so entirely at your own risk. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

SoloPair is provided as it is. We do not promise that a match will always be available, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it.

We may limit or withdraw SoloPair in particular countries, and we do not represent that it is appropriate or available for use everywhere. If using it would break the law where you are, you must not use it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct or content of anyone you are matched with, or for anything that happens between you and another person outside the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using SoloPair at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. Continuing to use SoloPair after a change means you accept the updated terms.
