Delete your account

Email admin@pulloff.in from the address linked to your SoloPair account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

Include the nickname shown on your profile so we can locate the account. We may ask you one or two questions to confirm the request is genuinely from you before we act on it.

The button on this page opens your mail app with these details filled in.

Guest use does not create an account and we never receive your email address, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Messages you send as a guest are not stored by us. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it erases the random identifier held on your device.

Your identity verification records and the identity document and selfie images, if you were verified.

The encrypted copies of messages you sent that we keep for safety review.

Your user identifier in our analytics providers (Google Analytics for Firebase and Microsoft Clarity) and its link to past events.

We keep a minimal record only where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms — for example a note that an account was closed for a safety breach. Anything retained is limited to that purpose and removed once it is no longer needed, and in any case within the period our legal obligations require.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be connected to you are not deleted.

We action deletion requests within 30 days. Copies held in encrypted backups are cycled out within a further 90 days. We email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
